E1: 08: Emergency Contact First And Last Name Is Not Being Populated Into The Mailing Name Field In ESS (Doc ID 1908791.1)

Symptoms

When an employee is adding an Emergency Contact through ESS, in application P054111, after the First, Middle and Last Names are added to the form, the system should auto-populate the Mailing Name in the form.  The name data should not have to be entered in both the First, Middle and Last names as well as the Mailing Name field.
