E1: 17: Case Not Showing in P17500 When Filtering By Beginning Date (Doc ID 1909048.1)

Symptoms

The P17500 - work with Cases QBE line is not correctly filtering Cases on the "Beginning Date" field (F1755.EFTB). When this filter is used, Cases that have that Beginning Date do not show.

STEPS:
======
1. Create new Case.
2. In P17500, filter by "Beginning Date".
3. Note Case is not shown.
4. Remove date and filter by Case number.
5. Note Case now shown.
