When R46171 generate picking/replenishment suggestions in a License Plate environment, how should the system be set up in order for suggestions to be created based on:

- FIFO logic first
- license plate quantity (picking of full license plate) and location sequence if there are more than one pallet with same lot expiration date and request remaining quantity is greater then or equal to license plate quantity
- location sequence when request remaining quantity less then license plate quantity?
