JAS Server: Websphere on iSeries. Group PTF level for SF99368 710 IBM HTTP Server for i is at level 21

You cannot get the JAS login page to come up when you access any of the following URLs for JAS.

However, you can login to the IBM administration console. And, you can
start and stop these three JAS servers via the IBM administration console
and via the Server Manager console.

Issue happened after someone IPLed (rebooted) JAS server.

There have been no changes to the jas.ini or jdbj.ini for the JAS instance.
