When the date entered in the "In Service Date" is prior to the Installation Date, the following Hard error is thrown: 
 Date Invalid:   
 CAUSE: The In Service Date cannot be prior to the date acquired. 
 RESOLUTION: Enter an In Service Date that is after the date acquired. 
While error states that the date entered is prior to the date acquired, this is not the case.
