E1 9.1 / P31227 Production History Inquiry

P31227 appears to search through all records (F31122?) even if a filter (i.e. branch plant, item number and From/Thru Date) is used.
The Fetching Data Rows message appears and then after several minutes, the data is displayed.  If the filter is only branch plant and work order number, the grid load is very quick.

Expect the program to search based on filters (not entire data base table).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access P31227 (fast path or menu).
2. Enter a branch plant, item number and From/Thru Dates.
3. Click Find.  Application begins processing and eventually returns the Fetching Data Rows message.  After several minutes, the grid is loaded with 23 rows (the data returned is correct).
4. Remove the Item Number filter and enter a work order number.  The grid is loaded immediately.
