Symptoms

9.1 Mobile Enterprise Application

Customer Sales Order Inquiry  (M420031)

After logging into the Smartphone application for Customer Sales Order Inquiry, if the user searches on a customer then attempts to view an order an error message is displayed. The error message indicates "undefined".

The error does not occur on the tablet application.
