E1: 31A: Actual Cost Completion Does Not Include Overhead In Cost

Super Backflush (P31123) does not include all the routing costs in the completion calculation, its not is not including overhead cost.


1. Actual cost 02 parent and components
2. Routing with 4 operation steps using the same work center / PC = L
(Backflush Labor only) on the last operation
3. Manufacturing constants are set to include C3 and C4 overheads / overheads
are in percentages on direct labor only
4. Work Center rates are set up for Direct Labor, Variable and Fixed
5. Enter work order
6. Attach parts list and routing
7. Issue material manually
8. Complete with Super backflush, entering employee and units completed in
the last line of the routing pop screen as it is the only pay point /
Complete in completions screen
9. Run manufacturing accounting.  Journal entry for IC does not equal the
total of IM and IH. The IC  is short for labor cost
10. Review the F3102 and see that the actual column is correct but the
completions column has no overhead included and matches the value of the IC
journal entry.
