Symptoms
Next Number for 54HS Incident Number should be setup per documentation. But if it isn't setup when launching P54HS30 the B54HS010 InitializeIncidents
function goes into an infinite loop calling X0010 "next numbers". Eventually user gets Web Exception for function B54HS010 InitializeIncidents.
