Symptoms

EDI 850 Inbound PO Create (R47011)

When attempting to create a Sales Order for a new EDI customer using four override address types in the EDI Order Address Information (F4706) only the Address Type (ANTY) = 2 record gets created in the Override Address Table (F4006). There is no error sent to the work center. The client is using the same address number for all address types (Sold To, Ship To, Parent, Deliver To, Original Purchaser.

The client expects all the override addresses populated in EDI Order Address Information (F4706) to get populated in the Override Address Table (F4006).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate four override addresses in EDI Order Address Information (F4706)
   - 2 (No) - corresponding with Address 1222801
   - 5 (Deliver To) - corresponding with Address 1222801
   - O (Original Purchaser) - corresponding with Address 1222801
   - Y (Sold To) - corresponding with Address 1222801
2. Populate minimum required fields in EDI Header (F47011) Only two addresses are populated
   - AN8 = 1222801
   - SHAN = 1222801
   - PA8 = Blank
   - DVAN = Blank
3. Populate minimum required fields in EDI Detail (F47012) Only two addresses are populated
   - AN8 = 1222801
   - SHAN = 1222801
   - PA8 = Blank
   - DVAN = Blank
4. Run EDI 850 Inbound Processor (R47011) on the EDI Document which runs successfully.
5. Check the SO Detail (F4211) and verify all the order lines were created.
6. Check the Override Address Table (F4006) for the generated order. Only one record was created.
