E1: DB: Databrowser Active Queries Don't Show in "My Open Queries" for Language Users (Doc ID 1915622.1)

A problem exists when users with language profile other than 'domestic' run Databrowser. When tables are open using the Query Selector form, the list of open queries does not show in the "My Open Queries" section.

The same user with 'domestic' language profile will see the list of open tables in Databrowser.

The images below illustrates the expected behavior and what user see when French is set in profile
