Calculation for Routing operation dates is incorrect when using variable lead time. In the current calculation, When the job moves to a different work center in the same day, the system tries to use the total resource units available and does not decrease the resource units available by the percentage of the work day remaining.

For example, suppose a work day has 8 hours.
The last operation (Op Seq 2) has 70 hours run time and 80 resource hours(10 employees) available.
The previous operation (Op Seq 1) has 8 hours run time and 8 resource hours(1 employee) available.
Currently system schedules both these operations on the same day.

Op SeqWork CenterResource UnitsRun Labor8/27/20148/28/2014
10 101 8 8   0 - 8
20 102 80 70   10 - 80

Operation 20 uses 70 of the 80 available resource hours for the day, or 87.5%.  Operation 10 uses 8 of the 8 available resource hours for the day, or 100%.
The system has effectively scheduled 187.5% of available resource hours’ worth of work to be completed in a single day.
