E1: 03B: Country Constants Cause Mailing Name To Print 2x On Statements (P0070, R03B500X, R03B5001) (Doc ID 1919073.1)

Last updated on MAY 31, 2016

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Accounts Receivable - Version 9.1 to 9.1 [Release 9.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

If the Country Constants (P0070) for a country have Address Format ID 01: Postal Code / City - No State, A/R Statements (R03B500X/R03B5001) prints the mailing name twice: once from the A/B record in the F0101, and once from the Who's Who record with line ID number 0.

The only exception is if there is a Who's Who record with line type 'AR Billing': if there is such a record then the mailing name of this one is printed as the second mailing name. Note that it still prints the mailing name twice.

If the country constants are not set up for the customer's A/B record's country, then R03B500X/R03B5001 prints the mailing name only once.

The mailing name should print only once regardless of the country constants.
