When entering a direct ship order using Customer Self Service and selecting Detail text attachment via the order entry page, user is getting message when attempting to create the order.
XT4311Z2 is throwing a Record Invalid (0002) error when an attachment is added to a direct ship line in P4210 shopping cart mode.
The error occurs because the function tries to add a line to the PO detail cache that already exists. The problem is that the lpDS->cRecordWrittenToWorkFile variable is incorrectly set to ‘0’.
1. Using P4210 CSS version to enter a SD/OD order (use P4210/ZJDE0010 with CSS mode enable)
2. Enter an item and proceed to row exit Detail Attachment at the Order Entry page, add text attachment and save it.
3. Attempt to the order, and receive error message.
