E1: 07: Deduction Is Not Allocated Correctly In Some Instances

If a deduction is set up in a Group Plan table, and the ending effective date
(4-30-14) and the new beginning effective dates (5-1-14) are in the middle of
a pay period that crosses months (4-28-14 thru 5-4-14 pay period dates), the
Deduction amount gets allocated correctly but both the resulting F0709
records get a work date that is the same as the pay period end date. One of
the work dates should be the last day of the previous month.
