Information in this document applies to any platform.

Location Billing Report (r1304) is not picking the billing rate as per effective beginning and end date from the Equipment Rates table (f1301) in location billings.

Steps to replicate:

1. Create an asset with equipment rates (Monthly, Weekly, Daily) as follows:

            Rate 1  --> Beginning Effective Date (Alias: EFTB) --> 01/01/2014 0

                              Ending Effective Date (Alias: EFTE) --> 05/30/2014

            Rate 2  --> Beginning Effective Date (Alias: EFTB) --> 06/02/2014

                              Ending Effective Date (Alias: EFTE) --> Blank

2.  Set Rental Rules and Distribution rules as required.

3. Have historical and current location for created asset with effective dates as follows:

           Location A : Beginning Effective Date (Alias: EFTB) --> 05/01/2014

                              Date - Ending (Alias: END) -->05/26/2014

           Location B :  Beginning Effective Date (Alias: EFTB) -->05/26/2014

                               Date - Ending (Alias: END) --> Blank

4. Run R1304 to bill the asset with the Through Date set to system date.

5. Location A (History) is billed with Rate 1, which is correct.

6. Location B (Current) is billed with Rate 1 which has an effective end date on “05/30/2014." instead of Rate 2, which is effective from 06/02/2014.
