Symptoms
The Identify New Entries R12803 is updating the security fields such as userID, program ID, time updated, date updated and job number even though it doesn't actually update the F0911 record in question.
DESIRED OUTCOME
===============
Only update the user ID, program ID, time updated, date updated and jobnumber when the a F0911 is marked with a P in the GLBRE field.
