Creating a new UDC (User Defined Code) table through OMW (Object Management Workbench) does not populate the audit fields in the F0004 table. However, if the user uses the UDC fast path (P0004A) to add a new UDC table, the audit fields on the F0004 table are populated.

  1. From OMW press Add & select UDC.
  2. Enter the UDC details such as:
  3. Press Ok
  4. Then in User Defined Codes form, W0004AB, enter a value in the grid for Value, Description, Description 2 and Hard Coded.
  5. Press ok.
  6. View F0004 record in UDC & and you will see the audit fields are not populated (DTUSER, DTPID, DTUPMJ, DTJOBN, DTUPMT).
