E1: GRID: Advanced Query Management Panel Shows Comparison as '=' Instead of '>' (Doc ID 1924667.1)

Symptoms

When using Query Management to filter a data item that is a 1 character and entering > saving, exiting, relaunch form the criteria is set to =.

For example, in application P085536W, if a filter is defined on column "Action Flag", such that "Action Flag > 0", upon returning to the application and Query Management panel, the condition shows as "Action Flag = 0" instead.

Query as it is created:

Upon closing the application and reviewing the saved query the comparison operator changes from '>' to '='
