Symptoms
In OMW, when saving a Report Definition (RD) that doesn't have Data Driven Delivery checked, the following error appears:
This doesn't happen if Data Driven Delivery is checked.
Steps To Duplicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- In OMW, add a Report Definition that doesn't have Data Driven Delivery
- Press Save
- Error appears
