Symptoms
Attempting to modify existing sales orders using either P4210 or P42101 Sales Order Entry in update mode returns error 42BINF Related Work Order is Reserved
Background: Coding for error 42BINF was implemented in 9.1 with Enhancement Bug 18200376 - SO - RECORD RESERVATION. After applying enhancement, customers are currently experiencing issues where users can no longer make changes to existing sales order lines. Error 42BINF is displayed.
