E1: 05: Payroll Exception Report Not Showing Some Errors (Doc ID 1927294.1)

1. For vacation and sick balances, two pay types are included in the rollover table to reduce vacation balance. When 1 code is used a valid exception rule is listed on the report. When the second code for the same timecard is used, it won't show up on the report.

2. Hours exceeds errors works in the stand alone report but doesn't work in the payroll run report. When PO defined is for Bi-weekly employees to report an error for hours that are over 160 hours. When an in excess amount is keyed payroll is run, the exception report didn't list the error for being over hours by 40.
