E1: 42B: Status Code Limit for Changes Not Working in P4210 / P42101

When an order which is at a status more than the status limit defined in the Processing option 1 of Sales Order Under Process tab(Status Code Limit for Changes) has header information changed, the order is allowed to be saved without any hard error. This creates mismatch in Header and detail of the order.
