When Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) is calculated using the Countback Method in Statistical History Refresh (R03B16A), the DSO is incorrectlly calculated. See the following example:

Customer with 2 Invoices and 1 Receipt

Invoice 2:

Statistical History Update (R03B16A) is run using countback method for DSO calculations. The DSO for July is calculated as 61 days.

According to the countback method calculation the following calculation should be made:

July 5,298.96 - 4,341.41= 955.55 Accumulated DSO = 31
June (955.55 / 5,133.82)x 30=5.58
DSO = 31 + 5.58 = 36.58
