Information in this document applies to any platform.
The purpose of this requested functionality is to allow the client to produce formula wines based on recipes as well as the functionality to solve to a particular recipe using predefined formula’s.
A recipe is a sum of components and chemistry targets that defines a specific targeted blend. These components can be either grapes, wine (domestic and or imported) or ingredients. Except for ingredients that are added as solids, each component part of the volume is expressed with a percentage, the sum being 100%.
A budgeted cost must be attached to each component. The sum of all component costs gives the standard cost of the recipe. Therefore each recipe must have a standard cost attached to it.
The chemistry targets have a lower and an upper limit purpose
The ability to create and maintain Recipes (Bill of Materials) within JD Edwards.
The ability to create trial blends based on Recipes.
The ability to reserve engineer blends based on recipes and solve formulas.
