(Doc ID 1930883.1)
Last updated on SEPTEMBER 11, 2024
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 8.97 and Prior and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Issue 1 - Horizontal scroll bar drifts to the left by itself slowly when using the Chrome browser when zoom is not at 100%.
When user run any EnterpriseOne Application with a grid, such as P4210, do a find then use the mouse to move the horizontal scrollbar to the right, upon release, the scrollbar will move slowly back to the left.
Issue 2 - Grid Visual assist not showing up due to the zoom level
Issue 3 - Web client exception
Issue 4 - Grid display alignment when the grid is scrolled. This happens in any application with a large grid, e.g. P4210. When using the Browser zoom functionality the grid gets re-sized, however once the grid is scrolled from left to right the data in the grid gets overlapped and/or columns become misaligned with header description.
Issue 5 - In both Chrome and Edge for any interactive application, custom or stock (for example P4210), when user zooms in or out (90%, 110%, 150%), the grid is misaligned from the column headings.
Resetting the zoom level back to 100% automatically repaints the grid with correct alignment.
Customer's scenario included Chrome 127.0.6533.120 & Edge 128.0.2739.42 with TR 9.2.8.1.
