E1: 75I: P4210 Web client exception error experienced when changing qty to below adjustment threshold value

P4210 SO Entry
When attempting to changing the qty field of check price and SO detail to below the threshold value of adjustment,the following error occurs.
Web client exception error.
1.In P4092 setup the customer price group as APP for category code 09.
2.In customer master populate the category code 09 value, customer price group as APP and also populate the regional info for category code 03[EXU] and 04[VAT].
3.Create adjustment definitions in P4071 for adjustment names SP-INDIA,B-T,A-T,F-T,VT.
4.In P4072 setup the from value as 50 KG for all adjustments. SP-INDIA has a factor numeric value of 200 and basis code of 5. B-T and A-T has blank factor numeric value and basis code of 8. F-T has blank factor numeric value and basis code as 5. VT has factor numeric value of 5 and basis code of 2.
5.In P4070 link the adjustments to a schedule.
6.In P75I006, B-T is linked to BED/EXC, A-T is linked to AED/EXC, F-T is linked to FRT/FRT and VT is linked to VAT/VAT.
7.Create a SO for this customer and populate the adjustment schedule in the header.
8.In the SO detail populate the qty as 80, populate the item number and tab off the line.
9.Now take the row exit to check price.
10.Change the qty from field to 30 and click OK to save the details.
11.Now back in the SO detail change the qty ordered as 30 and tab off the line.
12.System throws the web client exception error thereby preventing order completion.
