E1: 07: Error Message Needed When Payroll Reset (R07300) Does Not Clear All Temporary Tables (Doc ID 1931749.1)

Symptoms

When the R07300 does not clear all the temporary tables a number of issues seem to exist when the  process (payroll processing, journals, etc) is continued.

For example, a number of customers have complained that all timecards to not get unlocked and when the process is continued T2’s do not get created.

It is being requested that a check be done when the R07300 (Payroll Reset) has completed that ll the tables have been cleared and timecards associated with the payroll id unlocked.  If the above mentioned items have not been cleared or unlocked an error message should be displayed saying so.  This allows the customer to check the table s and see what the issue is prior to proceeding with the process.

Business Impact:

If this process is not enhanced, it makes it necessary to check all the temp tables after every reset to make sure things are clear to proceed.
