Currently Blend calculates the VBT volume based on the barrel types, capacity type and number of barrels, this assumes that all barrels are full which is not necessarily the case. The system allows for barrels to be marked as partial but does not allow the user to enter the volume in those barrels (these also do not show in the barrel list from IVV).
Requesting the ability to record the actual volume in a VBT (measured by flow meters), this could be achieved by opening the Actual After volume for users to update - the updated amount would be stored as the VBT volume. The actual number of barrels associated with the VBT would remain the same, this would be based on the number of barrels associated with the VBT (Full and Partial).
This is required to meet the TTB requirement to capture correct volume, samples and gains/losses.
