When a parent item has a Primary UOM different than Production UOM with an existing UOM conversion in the (P41003) Global UOM Conversions program. When a work order is created, and the part list and routing are attached, If Completions (P31114) are done, and then the WO header Qty is changed, the (P48013) business functions that are called to recalculate the Standard Units in the P31022 / F3102 Production Inquiry don't use the UOM conversing in the calculation correctly. The BF's seem to simply use the (WO Qty) X (The Work order / Production UOM). This cause the Units in the Production Cost Inquiry (P31022 / F3102) to be incorrect and in this case greatly overstated. This also causes incorrect (R31802A) MFG journal entries, and (R31804) variances journal entries.  The (P48013) BF's also use the incorrect overstated units to calculate the Standard and Current Amounts in the P3102 / F3102.
For example:
The P31022 / F31022 Units should be 500, however the system seem be multiplying the new WO Qty change times the Work order / Production UOM.
i.e. (WO Qty Changed to 500 X 12 FT Prod UOM) = 6000.00.
