Service Level Rules Update (R4277705)
Service Level Rules Update (R4277705) Processing Option #1 (Bypass service level rule resolution for sales order lines with existing service level rules) is set to 1 (Bypass), but the program is still processing lines that already had a service level rule previously attached.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Service Level Rules Update (R4277705) Processing Option #1 (Bypass service level rule resolution for sales order lines with existing service level rules) is set to 1 (Bypass).
- Create Service Level Rules for a Customer.
- The version of SO Entry (P4210) processing options on Fulfillment Tab #2 (Resolve Service Level Rules) is set to blank (NO).
- Create Fulfillment Management Sales Orders.
- Run Service Level Rules Update (R4277705).
- The PDF report output shows the number of lines processed.
- Verify that Service Level Rules tables (F4277701 and F4277711) are populated for the order.
- Now run Service Level Rules Update (R4277705) again with the same data selection.
- The report output shows the same lines were processed again. They were not bypassed.
