Enrollment With Eligibility (P08334) is generating warning 440C - Plan Record Changed when a new plan is select. This should not happen since the employee is not currently enrolled in a plan with the same DBA codes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup a plan P08320 with the Calc./Elgibility tab populated with a DBA number in ER Paid Benefit and in EE Flex Cost.
2. From P08334 user does a Find and Selects a plan that the employee is not enrolled in.
3. A warning is given 'Plan record(s) changed' with the following glossary description for error 440C:
The plan record highlighted has the same DBA(s) as the currently elected plan. If you continue processing this election, the system will end date the plan if it is a current election, or delete the plan if it is a future election.
4. The employee is not already enrolled in a plan that uses the same DBA as the new plan selected.

This only happens when the newly selected plan has EE Flex Cost populated with a DBA in the Plan Master (P08320).
