9.1 P3411 MRP Message Processing - When a purchase order is created from an MRP message there is unterminated cache which after 100 orders have been processed will result in a Web Exception error.

The Web Exception error (after 100 PO created) contains the following statement:
CAC0001017 - (jdeCacheOpenCursor) failed to open cursor due to reach the max #cursors (100) for cache
