Auto-suggest on ALKY, AN8, PA8, ANOB fields displays duplicate records.

Standard auto-suggest Business View for all Address Book fields (ALKY, AN8, PA8, ANOB) is V0101AS.
V0101AS is built on join between F0101 and F0116. F0116 contains multiple records per one F0101 record.
In fact every time somebody hits Save button in P01012 - it creates a new record in F0116 with today's date.

That means that auto-suggest displays duplicate records. This is confusing for end-users. It also makes auto-suggest less useful as instead of 10 records auto-suggest displays only 5 or less.

Remove F0116 from V0101AS.
Pros: Auto-suggest will not display duplicate AB#-s
Con: Auto-suggest will not be able to display/search through Mailing Address fields.

Expect business view to filter address book records by effective dates, returning only one record, per address number.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From G1311/P1701, select an equipment record.
From P1702, access the Service Tab.
From the Supervisor field, use the visual assist.
Query by alpha name for an address book number that has multiple F0116 date records.
Note that auto-suggest displays duplicate records. This is confusing to users.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot efficiently use the auto suggest for address book to see up to 10 unique address book numbers due to duplicates limiting the viewable records.
