Symptoms

When importing an Excel of Labour details via the "Tools" Import Grid functionality into P17732 - Service Order Labour Details, the program gives the following error:

STEPS:
======
1. Create a few rows of labour details in Excel.
2. Create a Service Order (P17714) and access the Labour Details (P17732).
3. Go to Tools -> Import and then select the Excel and from/to cells and import the data.
4. Click Apply.
5. Click Continue
6. Note above error given.
