E1: BSSV Unable To Execute BSSV Successfully From Outside Of The Company Network - Public Network (Doc ID 1936658.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run CRM integration solution in public network via BSSV and 3rd party is passing all the blank information to the BSSV.  
BSSV server is not receiving the input data from the 3rd party. Everything is null.

You can run soapUI test successfully on the BSSV server.  But, the same soapUI fails if he access it from the Public Network.
