E1: 09: Indexed Allocations Not Working for Closed, Inactive and Expired Subledgers (R093021) (Doc ID 1937404.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 06, 2022

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne General Ledger - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Indexed Allocations Report (R093021) is throwing Inactive Subledger Entered error message when it encounters F0902 records (Balance Method) with closed Subledger Type - 'W' (Work Orders). In a similar way, the system does not allow to process the F0902 records having Subledger values of Business Units which were made inactive or for Employees address book records which were marked as terminated over the course of time. But these inactive or terminated subledger records had a good amount of activity in the Account Balance table and client would like to include these F0902 records for the purpose of YTD allocations.
