Address Parent/Child Revisions / P0150
Approval Authority / P43E09A

There is no easy way to update multiple Distribution Lists when an old address on a distribution list needs to be replaced with a new address.  Each distribution list must be individually manually updated.  This can take many steps depending on how many Threshold values exist on the list and where the address that needs to be replaced falls within the threshold values.

Current functionality.

1. P43E09A  Based on approval constant, find a distribution list that needs to be updated.  Select Edit Distribution List which takes you to P0150.
2. P0150  Address Number column is disabled.  Options are to delete row with "old" address or change the End Effective Date.  New address can only be added to end of grid (no ability to insert row) and threshold cannot be lower than existing records in the grid.  After a new address has been added, the list can be revised to move new address based on Group Number and Threshold.

There should be a simpler way to update distribution lists when an address change needs to be made to multiple lists.

Improve the functionality so that fewer steps are necessary.
Suggested improvements.
1) Add a way to update multiple lists when an address used on many distribution lists needs to be replaced/updated.
2) Improve the edit capabilities so that placing an address in the middle of potentially many threshold values can be updated in one step vs. multiple steps. (Insert row)
