When a One View Report has a list used to filter the user is seeing the failure “No data to display” for components.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch One View Incident Summary Inquiry (P54HS220) and click find to populate the grid
2. From the One View icon choose Incident Attributes
3. Point to the middle list which list all the establishments and click on one of the establishments.
4. “No Data To Display” is shown for all components in the the rest of the report as it applies the establishment selection filter.
