The company fields on P070931 Benefits/Accruals does not allow information to be displayed by selected company if an employee transfers companies during the year. The information displayed on this program are based upon the current company that is set up for the employee and includes data from all companies in history by employee. Sometimes only the dollars get entered and not the hours for the old company. This causes the hours in the Benefit Accrual screen (P070931) to be inaccurate because the displayed values are combined from old and new companies. Would like to be able to see the accrued / available balances for each company separately if only entering one company in the Company-Home field.
