EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To not calculate the component quantity incorrectly when using a batch bom with a different UOM for the component than its primary

STEPS

1. Create a Batch BOM for a parent manufactured item
2. The component is in a different UOM than the components primary
3. Run R31410 over the work order to attach the parts list and the component is being converted to the primary of the component instead of leaving the fixed quantity from the bom in its original UOM
