Symptoms

If Notification Instructions (P03B2501) are set up to require Collection Manager Approval, the Reminder Date (RDDJ) and Number of Reminders Sent (RMDS) in the Customer Ledger (F03B11) are not reset if the notices are rejected by the Collection Manager. This can cause issues if they try to re-run notices for that customer and the Notification Policy/Processing options are set to use these fields to determine if they are eligible to be printed.
