Symptoms

On : 9.0 version, Sales - Customer Service Inquiry (P4210)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

With P4210 Order Inquiry Tab processing option #6 set to not display backordered or canceled lines
Canceled lines still display for lines using N nonstock line type
and Quantity Ordered (UORG) is 0.

Under same condition,
P4210 does NOT display the canceled line whose line type = nonstock and
Quantity Ordered is greater than 0.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

P4210 should not display canceled lines whose line type = N nonstock
and the Quantity Ordered is 0.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check Order Inquiry Tab processing option:6. Display Backordered/Canceled lines. It set to blank (Do not display backordered or canceled lines)

2. Create new sales order
    1st line: LnTy= S and quantity =1
    2nd line:LnTy= N and quantity =1
    3rd line:LnTy= N and quantity = 0

3. Query order and cancel all 3 lines
4. Save and query again.
    The 3rd line is displayed, ignoring the setting in the processing option.
