Data Items DOC (Document (Voucher, Invoice, etc.)) and DOCO (Invoice, Document, Order) are defined as numeric data type of size 8. When more than 99,999,999 transaction documents are reached users can purge/archive historic data.  We do not have a unified and consistent solution for purging. Depending on the volume of transactions user may want to keep a large number of transactions in the system.
