When populating ADP medicare wage and tax information when wages are over the 200k limit, a calculation needs to be done in order to segregate the wage and tax under 200k and the wage and tax over 200k. If tax history includes a tax over or underwithholding, this calculation cannnot produce accurate results. This is a known situation and currently there is no alternate solution given that Medicare wage and tax is reported on a single tax history record.
However, if the employee only works in one company throughout the year, it may be possible to include different logic to populate wages under 200k, wages over 200k, tax on wages under 200k, and tax on wages over 200k. When employee's work in more than one company, this logic would not apply, because there is not reliable method for determining with multiple work companies on which tax history records the employee has wages over or under 200k.
