Symptoms

When the Online Invoice program (P42230) is accessed on an existing order (via the P42101) the screen shows error "Unit of Measure Conversion Unsuccessful" (Error ID 0294). The "Ext. Volume" UM field (alias VUMD) displays a unit of measure that does not match the Volume UOM set in the Item Master program for the item on the order. The orders were created with the P42101 program, which does not use fields VUMD and WUMD (Unit of Measure  - Weight Display); these are only available in the header of the regular P4210 program. Where is the unexpected VUMD value being pulled from, and how can the error be avoided?
