ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the Base Price (P4106) is 0, the Check Price Inquiry (P4074) does not apply the rounding adjustment. When the Base Price (P4106) is populated the Check Price Inquiry (P4074) does apply the rounding adjustment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the Base Price (P4106) is 0, the Check Price Inquiry (P4074) should apply the rounding adjustment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup an item with a Base Price (P4106) of 0
2. Create four price adjustments as follows
  a. ALLDLIST - Basis Code 5 (Add On Amount) - 46.9000
  b. FBALDISC - Basis Code 2 (% of Net Amount) - 5.0000-
  c. MANDISC - Basis Code 5 (Add On Amount) - 0.0000
  d. RDPENNY – Adjustment Control Code 8 (Rounding Adjustment). A Rounding Rule to the nearest penny need to be setup in Rounding Rules (P95701).
3. Create a price adjustment schedule which includes the four adjustments
4. Populate the price adjustment schedule on a customer master
5. Run Check Price Inquiry (P4074) populating sold to, ship to, item, branch plant, adjustment schedule and click find.
6. The RDPENNY adjustment is not applied.
7. Test a Sales Order (P4210 or P42101) and Check Price History (P4074).
8. The RDPENNY adjustment is not applied.
9. Change the base price (P4106) to 49.9900.
10. Run Check Price Inquiry (P4074) populating same sold to, ship to, item, branch plant, adjustment schedule and click find.
11. The RDPENNY adjustment is applied.
12. Test a Sales Order (P4210 or P42101) and Check Price History (P4074).
13. The RDPENNY adjustment is applied.
