Symptoms

 Cycle Count Interoperability (R4141Z1I) does not create records in the Cycle Count Transaction File (F4141) for configured items (e.g.,Stocking Type = C) whereas Select Items for Cycle Count (R41411) does creates F4141 records for configured items.
