Symptoms
The Mass Maintenance program (P45550) does not offer the ability to import new F4072 records. The Import Assistant does exist in this program but records cannot be successfully imported: fields with alphabetical characters are ignored. There is no Interoperability (Z file) functionality for Advanced Pricing.
