Symptoms

Fulfillment Release (R4277703)

The Service Level Rule is set with 100% Minimum Order Percentage and 100% Minimum Line Percentage and the Cancel Y/N is checked, but the line is not canceled by Fulfillment Release (R4277703) if the Service Level Rule is NOT met.

Example:

- Sales Order has 6 lines. 5 lines can be fulfilled and 1 line cannot be fulfilled, so 100% Minimum Order Percentage is not met.
- Client would like this 1 unfulfilled line to be canceled automatically by Fulfillment Release (R4277703), but the unfulfilled line does not get canceled.
- They have SLR for Order Level and Line Level set as 100% and Cancel and Partial flag is checked.
